| Details: | SUMMARY: significant deficiency status DETAILS: The deadline has passed (Dec. 27) for correcting the significant deficiencies identified in the October survey. I spoke with Chris by phone a day before that, and he told me that several deficiencies had been addressed, but three still remained - incomplete coliform sampling plan (no repeat sites), incorrect pH meter, and no filter profiles being conducted. I told him if he needed more time, he would have to send me a written request (email ok) with the remaining deficiencies and the date they would be corrected by. He said he would send me something within a week. I also emailed a reminder January 8th, but have received nothing to date. Left a phone message again today. ACTION NEEDED: Find out if any more deficiencies have been addressed and update Data Online accordingly. Public notice may now be required since I never received a corrective action plan and the deadline passed 3 weeks ago. | ||
