| Details: | SUMMARY: PNC Resolution DETAILS: System has 20 points due to two E.coli MCLs in June and Sept of 2017. Both of these events were addressed. I have worked with system throughout and done three level 2 investigations and system has been working with OAWU to identify and resolve problem. System was required to install chlorine, got PR approval in November and installed January 11, 2018. System has been monitoring chlorine residuals throughout the system and shooting for approx .4 mg/L detectable resisual. I am working with system on IDSE and will take stage 2 samples this summer to designate annual sample locations for DBPs. System is working with Adam DeSemple to apply for SDWRF funding for improvements including a new well to replace the Ruesse well and a new reservoir. ACTION NEEDED: Continued monthly coliform sampling and monitor chlorine residuals throughout system. Take and record at least 2 chlorine readings from distribution weekly. | ||
