| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Positive DETAILS: I called & spoke with the owner of the park. I let him know about the positive total coliform sample dated 9/11/17. I also let him know to be sure to take a source sample at the well head & 3 repeat samples in the distribution. If any of the samples are total coliform positive, a level 1 investigation will be needed. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary. | ||
