Details:	The circuit rider is assisting the system with a CT Study to help optimize the contact time and chlorine residual to minimize DBP formation. On 07.02.21 - Jared Sylvester informed me that a site visit to the water system was conducted. The system is planning to install new storage tanks and possibly do additional work on the plumbing. Currently the contact time estimate is several hours. If the tank configuration is modified, this could lower the contact time estimate. Next steps: Jaret is waiting until after the new tanks are installed and any plumbing alterations are made before doing the tracer study. Jaret will contact DWS to request additional time to complete the tracer study. Civil West has a separate Circuit Rider support effort to address the water quality issues after the tracer study effort is complete.
