| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 12/11/17 DETAILS: I called & spoke with the operator to let him know about the total coliform positive sample. I let him know a source sample will be needed at the source sample tap & 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. The system has a UV unit & I suggested taking a look at the unit to be sure it was operating properly. I reminded him to take 3 temp routine samples in Jan. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary. | ||
