| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine sample total coliform positive DETAILS: Rick called and notified me that a sample collected on Monday March 12th was total coliform positive. A triggered source sample will be collected at the approved combined source tap, in addition to repeats at the original, upstream and downstream sites. Samples will be collected on Monday. I received an email on Friday March 23rd that the repeat and source sample were absent. ACTION NEEDED: No further action is needed. |
