Details:	Mr. Guinn completed his Level 1 investigation. He believes the cause of the positive coliform sample reported on June 27th, has to do with the opening of the system during the replacement of a pressure relay control. In his email sent on 08.10.18, Mr. Guinn explained that someone staying in the camping area had been watering the grass and also a good part of Hole #4 fairway. The water was continually on, causing the pressure relay control to constantly activate on/off. The excessive use of water caused the pressure relay control to fail. The system had to be opened in order to replace the relay and this may have introduced the problem. This happened right about the time when the sample was collected. ACTIONS TAKEN: To avoid this issue from repeating, the operator will ensure the grass is watered using a separate set of pumps for the actual course use. A copy of the L1 investigation was emailed to the DWS on 08.13.18.
