| Details: | SUMMARY: Diesel spill into source water from truck accident DETAILS: Jim noticed coagulant disassociating last night. Back flushed that water, turned the plant off. This morning flushed the source transmission line and saw no evidence of diesel or coagulant issues. Returned to making water this AM. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
