| Details: | Debbie (541-499-8041) of Southern Oregon Water Technology, a contractor for the City of Gold Hill, called on Friday afternoon around 5pm, 7/23/2021, and informed me of the main break that impacted the south side of the distribution system, south of 2nd avenue. She estimated about 250-300 connections that could have been impacted by low/no pressure. They issued a boil advisory to the impacted customers. She called again on Sunday around noon and let me know that upon further investigation and talking to people door to door they learned that only 3 customers actually lost pressure completely. They were planning to collected samples for bacterial analysis on Sunday and will follow the remaining protocol. | ||
