| Details: | I sent an email to Ever Fresh Fruit to ensure that they received an opportunity letter and are aware of the process to remain on quarterly monitoring. The firm needs to take a makeup sample in August and their routine quarterly sample at least 10 days later and within the third quarter with results being reported within 10 days of the close of the quarter. EDIT on 8/24 I have learned that the make up test should have been taken in what remained of July, the month the opportunity letters were mailed. The DRC of this system did not receive the letter but has received subsequent correspondence. The system is aware that they are now on monthly monitoring. |
