| Details: | I reached out to the contact for Ever Fresh Fruit Company to remind them that their September monthly routine was not received. While reviewing their violations and test results, I noticed that their October monthly routine had not been posted yet. The system had sent me the 10/22/21 routine sample report on 10/25/21. At the top of the lab result it stated it had been reported. The PWS ID was listed and test type was Routine. I forwarded my copy of the October monthly routine to DW compliance via email, hopefully avoiding a violation for October and returning to compliance the violation for the missed routine sample in September and 2nd quarter 2021. |
