Details: I spoke with Mr. Scott who is an Alpine WAter Company board member. We discussed the recent water systems violations and score. The violations are for missing compliance monitoring reports and the two days of chlorine residual data that were below the set point of .4 ppm.
I met with the board in early August to discuss their situation and ability to comply.
We discussed the proposed rule changes for state regulated systems at the board meeting.
I thanked him for getting the July report submitted. The board members who are doing the data collection do not live in the community but are affiliated and helping to the best of their ability.
He stated the August report is going to be submitted and will have a couple of days below .4 ppm.
We discussed setting the residual slightly higher to avoid dips below the the set point.
