| Details: | I emailed Mr. Scott to inform him that a notice is required for the days the chlorine residual dropped below .4 ppm with no four hour monitoring. He replied that he will prepare the notice and have it remitted within 10 days. I have asked if they considered setting the chlorine residual slightly higher so it won't drop below the compliance monitoring set point of .4 ppm. |
