| Details: | Tooley has a draft RFP for engineering currently in review with Business Oregon. Additionally they have joined OAWU for technical consultation. They have identified 3 potential engineering firms and are currently seeking additional potential RFP responders. The DWP will need a written corrective action plan to update and replace the expired plan from the previous year. I attached the blank template updated timeline and the previous plan to an email to John. The previous corrective action plan detailed short term goals of turning off the lower well to the customers, which was confirmed to not be a long term solution. With that in consideration, a long term corrective action for the well is required. The updated corrective action timeline will be required within 30 days of this email, November 6 2021.
