| Details: | I couldn't reach Dave, so I left a voicemail about a possible complaint in Midland WA. I described what was described to me: recent boil notices (presumably, the notices were distributed as directed by either DWS or the Best Management Practices on the DWS website), and discolored water these last few weeks of September. The complaint was described to me in an email from the County, who guessed at the water system. He couldn't find a recent CCR for the water system. (The last one DWS received was the 2017 CCR.) I will contact the complainant soon to verify the message. And I will try Dave again. |
