| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Rainbow Rock Service Association (RRSA) is a small (60 connections) community surface water system. The rapid sand-based water treatment plant is currently being operated by Jacobs Engineering/OMI since RRSA’s long term operator of the system had to step down due to health issues. RRSA has requested help in finding a new service provider as the current one is proposing a non-sustainable rate increase. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider contacted Steve Klein by phone and email to provide contact information for potential alternate service providers. Follow-Up Actions Needed: The circuit rider is available to provide further assistance as needed. Technical Reports to be Prepared and Expected Timeframe: N/A. |
