Details:	Background/Problem Identification: Weiss Estates owns and operates a treatment facility off Weiss Estates Rd. approximately 4 miles north of Bandon. They are required to complete a new tracer study as modifications were made to the system in 2019. Assistance Provided: Coordination with OHA and water system on required upgrades to enable the Tracer Study to be completed. Notification was received the system was ready to test. Traveled to site and upon arriving and inspecting the site the required modifications were not complete. Notified associated parties of the issue and outlined the required modifications and told them to notify us when they are completed and we will come verify prior to attempting to run the tracer study. Follow-Up Actions Needed: A tracer study for the water system will be scheduled upon notification from Weiss Estates that the modifications are complete and Circuit Rider verifies that system is ready for a tracer study.
