| Details: | I called Don Treanor regarding: If he completed the level 1 investigation from the coliform positive results from September. He did not complete the level 1 investigation. I asked him to still get the paperwork from the mail and use the level 1 investigation form to guide him with checking the water system for any deficiencies. The repeat samples done for the October coliform sampling came back positive at the springs but negative in the distribution system. I asked him to check the springs to see if there are leaks in the spring or deteriorating parts to the spring box. He said he would and would call me back when he did. We need to set Don up as a certified water system operator. He gave me a better mail box location, so that I can mail the water system operator application packet. |
