| Details: | Left a message with City of Shaniko for Don Treanor to contact us at NCPHD. This is in regards to a TIER 2 Notice that needs to be issued due to a level 1 investigation that failed to be submitted on time. *Update* Scott Mars called back and wanted to know the process for him to get certified. He is currently working with the City of Shaniko as the Fire Marshall and also has knowledge/experience working with water systems. I directed him to SWOTC to look at their certified operator training schedules. I also sent him the Tier 2 notice that was generated because the Level 1 investigation in September was not completed nor turned in. I also attached a new Level 1 investigation form for his review and submittal. |
