Details: Sent and email to owner/operator regarding the routine sample submitted on 10/29 that was coliform present. Instruct her to submit one source and 3 distribution samples. Also reminded her that super chlorination happens after repeat samples are collect. Historically, this system has had 4 routine samples fail in the last 3 years for coliform but all repeat test results are absent.
