Details:	I informed Ms. Galloway that the 5 lead and copper sample results for the period of June 1, 2021 to September 30, 2021 were not reported to OHA DWS by October 10, 2021. She said she thinks the samples were collected and submitted to the laboratory and will look into it and get back to me.
