Details: 11.10.21 - Testing results from the third quarter of 2021 show that the system exceeded the Maximum contaminant level (MCL) based on Locational Annual Average results for TTHM and HAA5 samples. Corinne posted a Tier 2 notice and a copy of the notice was sent to DMCE.

What is being done:
The system installed new storage tanks and plumbing in July 2021. On 7/30/2021, additional plumbing modifications were required in preparation for a chlorine contact time tracer study. Since then, Corinne has not been able to get ahold of David Funderburk to make the adjustments needed for the tracer study.

The Circuit Rider will provide assistance with the tracer study once Corinne can confirm that the modifications have been completed.

To prevent further delays in getting the tracer study done, I discussed with Corinne the possibility to contact Oregon Association of Water Utilities, to see if they can provide assistance with the plumbing modifications needed for the tracer study.
