| Details: | I contacted Mr. Frederic-operator and discussed the need for the system to submit a confirmation sample for the recent result of DI(2-ETHYLHEXYL) - PHTHALATE at 0.00230 mg/L. I referred him to OAR 333-061-0036(3)(a)(D), and informed him of a detection limit of 0.00060 mg/L. He was also informed the average of the confirmation sample and original will be reviewed to determine future requirements under this rule. |
