| Details: | System has a certified operator. This resolves the deficiency from previous two surveys. The system is up to date on CCRs. This resolves a deficiency from the 11/18/14 survey. The system has removed the chlorinator from the system only has a greensand filter for iron. This would not trigger a plan review so I believe the old deficiency can be resolved. I will send the operator an annual summary report template check on the status of their backflow testing. |
