| Details: | 02.09.22 - I sent a request to DMCE requesting to close out the LCR PE brochure compliance schedule. 01.19.2022 - Steve texted a copy of the LCR PE brochure that was shared with customers on 12.14.2021. The information is acceptable. 01.18.2022 - I informed Steve that the DWS office in Portland has not received the documents he mailed on 12.14.2021. I gave Steve the option to resend via email or snail-mail to the office in Eugene. I reminded Steve that the the first round of lead and copper sampling is due by the end of march, 2022. I provided instruction on when and where he should collect his 1st round of lead and copper samples; measure pH and Alkalinity in the distribution system and also provided a form where the system can report entry point alkalinity readings at least once every two weeks. 12.17.2021 - Steve informed me that today he mailed me a copy of the lead PE brochure and a copy of the boil water advisory he posted for the recent high NTU event on 12.14.21. These documents were mailed to: Drinking Water Services, PO Box 14350, Portland, OR 97293. |
