Details: 12.21.21-I emailed Conrad and Steve reminding them to complete the L1 investigation and email it back to me by January 2nd, 2022.

11.24.21-The recent coliform samples have triggered a Level 1 Coliform Investigation. I provided Conrad and Steve with a copy of the L1 coliform investigation form. The system is contemplating posting a precautionary boil water notice. A template was provided.
