| Details: | This system has a deficiency due by Jan 1 2022 for new construction on a new well. They took a required MPA test in Sept 2021... all negative. They have been recording the chlorine residual monthly as required. In our earlier talks, Todd discussed the future of the new construction would be halted by financial issues. The system is under the states jurisdiction, which means it is rare to try to get monies to drill a new well. Todd has submitted the paperwork to his boss', yet there are budget cuts involved. Todd will continue to talk with his people on the decision to drill a new well, hoping for the funds. He will update the state on the progress. |
