Details:	I contacted Ms. Galloway because I had not received a response within 30 days to the water system survey letter dated 12/3/2021. I confirmed that she received the water system survey and letter and understands their responsibility to either correct the deficiency identified in the report by April 8, 2022 or have an approved corrective action plan in place.
