| Details: | 01.05.2022 - Caleb provided a copy of the boil water notice that was posted on December 20, 2021. The boil notice was triggered by a repeat sample collected on December 18, 2021 that tested positive for E. Coli. I emailed a copy of the notice to DMCE. Caleb believes that the presence of E. Coli in the distribution samples was due to a malfunction of the control box that activates the chlorine disinfection system. The issue was fixed and the chlorinator is back online. The distribution lines were shocked with chlorine and additional coliform samples will be collected and taken to the lab between today and tomorrow. A Level 2 coliform investigation is scheduled for January 12, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. |
