Details: 01-19-2022 - David Funderburk emailed me a list of the survey deficiencies that he corrected. Pictures of the corrective actions were included.

The following deficiencies are still pending:

- Incomplete Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Outdated Emergency Response Plan
- Operational evaluation report for operational evaluation level (OEL) exceedance is required
- Cross connection requirements
- No means to adequately determine flow rate on contact chamber effluent line
- New tracer study (prior approval of tracer study methodology has to be approved by DWS).

I emailed Corinne requesting an update on the pending deficiencies. I also emailed Dan Vaage with Civil West to get an update on the next steps to carry out the tracer study.

01-06-2022 - I received an email from David informing me that he is heading to Weiss Estate next week to address the deficiencies. I emailed David a copy of the 2021 survey letter.

01-05-2021 - I emailed Corinne and David requesting a follow up on the status of the corrective actions to address the significant deficiencies identified during the 2021 water system survey. The due date to have all deficiencies corrected is January 29, 2022.
