Details:	SUMMARY: Treatment for MCL Nitrate. DETAILS: Follow up on agreement that firm would install nitrate treatment by June 30,2005. Brain said that they have not installed treatment and are continuing to post notice for employees. We discussed again the need for treatment even though firm provides bottled water for employees and dose not use water as an ingredient in onion products. He agreed to contact Pendleton Drinking Water office to discuss possible treatment options and approved equipment. I informed them that they are on the SNC list for MCL. ACTION NEEDED: Provide treatment for MCL nitrates by end of year 2005.
