Details:	SUMMARY: DISCUSSED VOCs AND SOCS WITH MR SMITH DETAILS: I met with Clay Smith on 5/16/06 to discuss the requirement of monitoring for VOCs and SOCs for the Evergreen Acres Water System. It was serendipidus that I met him at his fathers restaurant. I was having no luck contacting Mr Smith on the phone. I told him that enforcement was pending if this monitoring wasnt at least in the pipeline by the end of May. He agreed to contact his lab directly after our meeting. ACTION NEEDED: Will follow up with a phone call in a day or two.
