Details:	SUMMARY: Systems lacking cross connection enabling authority DETAILS: The college oaks water system appeared on a list from the ODHS-DWP as a system lacking an enabling authority for the cross connection control program.To ensure the College Oaks Water Systems compliance with the March due date for submission of the Annual Summary Report and the signed enabling authority I made contact with Shirley as stated in the follow-up action of previous contact reports. She indicated she had submitted the documents in advance of the due date and was grateful for the assistance. ACTION NEEDED: Continue communications and availability in the event our services are required for technical assistance with the districts water system.
