Details:	SUMMARY: DBP Monitoring Violation DETAILS: System incurred a monitoring/reporting violation for DBPs for the 3rd quarter 2007. Jason indicated that the tests had been done but they neglected to mail the results to Portland. They have since done so. ACTION NEEDED: None. I advised of the need for timely submittal of test results (I.e., by the tenth of the following month).
