Details:	SUMMARY: Nitrate results of 6.3 ppm, discussion with operator need to discontinue quarterly testing. Lab fails to listen to request. DETAILS: PSW does not need to do any mort quarterly sampling and the lab just keeps testing. Results this go round was 6.3 ppm which is reliably below the 10 ppm MCL. ACTION NEEDED: Operator will contact the lab again and request that the water system be taken off the quarterly sampling schedule.
