| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine from 10/7/08 +TC DETAILS: Jennifer called me this morning to report that a routine collected 10/7/08 came back +TC. She suspects it was a bad bottle, because the lab indicated to her that at least one other bottle in the batch she turned in was cracked and leaking. She said 3 repeats samples will be collected today and should have results by tomorrow. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed at this time-- will wait for results of repeats. | ||
