Details: SUMMARY: Routine +TC on Monday 10/13/08 DETAILS: Left a message with Pat on Thursday 10/16/08 reminding him to collect 3 repeats if he hadnt done so already. Pat called Friday 10/17/08 and left me a message saying that 3 repeats had been collected on Wednesday the 15th and all were absent of coliform. He didnt mention any activity with the system that may have caused a +TC. ACTION NEEDED: No further action need at this time.
