| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up due to positive total coliform on 8-12-08 DETAILS: Total coliform positive routine. Operator states that their was a .2-.3 ppm chlorine residual on the day of the sample. The sample was taken from the laundry room that may have not gotten much activity that day or the sampler failed to run water for enough time to get fresh water to the site. ACTION NEEDED: Repeat samples are to be taken by Pyxis on the 19th or 20th. Operator has been checking chlorine residuals and has been getting .3-.5 ppm. Sampler should be recording the chlorine residual on the lab slip. | ||
