Details:	SUMMARY: Total coliform routine 12/22 sample total coliform positive DETAILS: After trying main Deschutes Valley WD number, I left a message for Ed Pugh at the alternate answering service number. I called in response to a total coliform routine sample taken on 12/22/08, that returned positive for total, not e.coli on 12/24/08 at 2 pm. I left a message for Ed, that advised DVWD to take 3 repeat samples within 24 hours, following this routine positive. Operator mentioned that DVWD office is closed, open back up on Friday, and she will pass on message to proper contact. ACTION NEEDED: DWP to contact DVWD on Monday 12/29 to ensure proper follow up of routine positive.
