Details:	SUMMARY: Unecessary boil alert for TC+ DETAILS: Pete called Pak Leong { (503) 720-5020 } after Robert complained of 1-2 weeks of boiled water and high chlorine. Steves Pump Service, Inc. asked them to verbally notify everyone to boil their water until they shock the well and take new coliform samples. Unknown what the chlorine levels are at any time, so it is difficult to determine if chlorine levels were ever high. ACTION NEEDED: Joel Ferguson handed them a Tier II notice this morning to be distributed today by George Smith (DRC). James responded to Robert, and stated that the water from system is safe to drink, and that the boil notice was unnecessarily published. Robert had no additional complaints of high chlorine. Await results of todays coliform test tomorrow. Assure they took enough samples. If negative no more action needed, other than troubleshooting future issues. If TC+ then readdress issue. Assure Pak contact us when he plans to put out a (uncessary) boil notice.
