| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform - 2 out of 4 DETAILS: 1/6/09 Called Kori about positive results. She indicated that she didnt know what the problem was and would try to figure out what could be causing the problem. We discussed possible caused such as cross connections. I told her that she would need to get 5 temporary routine samples done by the end of January. She understood. 1/7/09 Kori called and said that they found a leak on the system. She also said that Pyxis had already pulled 5 samples and all were negative. She said the leak would be fixed tomorrow. I let her know she was back on one sample per month and we discussed the need to sanitize after installing the new pipe. ACTION NEEDED: Will continue to monitor. | ||
