Details:	SUMMARY: MCL violation for DBPs DETAILS: Routine DPB sample collected on 12/30/08 showed HAA5s at 0.061 mg/l. MCL = 0.060. Wrote letter to system explaining need for quarterly monitoring for HAA5s and issuance of Public Notice within 30 days. Disinfection profile has already been done. Also included template for notice and instructions. ACTION NEEDED: System is due for survey this year - will discuss this with them at that point.
