Details:	SUMMARY: Response to TC + in June 09 DETAILS: I spoke with Monica on 7/13, regarding follow up sampling after the total coliform positive routine sample taken on June 9, 2009. DWP only had record of one repeat sample at the same location. Monica indicated that the 3 repeats were taken at the incorrect locations within 24 hours after the routine positive, based on incorrect information from lab. City corrected this error, and 3 repeats were collected at the correct locations on 6/15. City faxed results from original RT and all RPs on 7/15, and provided written explanation of this oversight on 7/15/09. Monica indicated that all the repeat results were submitted earlier in the monthly report. Repeats taken upstream and downstream on 6/15 accidentally marked special, instead of repeat. Monica submitted written explanation on 7/17 that intention was to mark the two repeats as repeat on slip. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time. I have conferred internally and DWP office has necessary documentation for all sampling associated with 6/9 routine positive.
