Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: We received alert 9/18/09. Call to Joe Reyes and left message for him to call. 9/21/09 Call to Mr. Reyes, he is no longer the contact for this system. Ray Neal is the contact now. The positive sample was taken from the end of a hose coming out of the well house. Mr. Neal had taken a second sample on 9/18/09. I discussed proper sampling technique and sampling for the 4 repeats. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples need to be taken by 9/21/09 at proper sampling sites. 5 routines will need to be taken next month.
