Details:	SUMMARY: Discussion of WTP Replacement Project Status DETAILS: Called Steve to discuss the Citys project status on replacement of their existing conventional treatment plant with a membrane plant. The City has selected HDR as their consulting engineer. Brian Black is the project manager. They are currently preparing to begin pilot study of a Pall Corporation treatment unit (25 gpm). Filtered water during the pilot will be discharged to the sanitary sewer. Concurrently, HDR is working on preliminary plans for a 7 MGD plant which is explandable to 10 MGD. They are in the very early stages of this effort, prehaps 10 or 20 percent. Both Steve and engineer have been informed of State requirements for plan review. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time.
