Details:	SUMMARY: Positive repeat coliforms sample date 9/8/09 DETAILS: I spoke with Bill Duke regarding the positive. He says that he received notification from the lab on 9-4-09 that the repeats tested positive. He then chlorinated the well, turned on the well pump and ran the chlorinated water into the storage tanks and onto the ground. He collected five samples today and submitted them to the lab as temporary routines. He has a chlorine test kit and says that there is a chlorine residual of 0.23-0.29. I asked Bill to call our office prior to taking corrective action and informed him that the temporary routines are not due until October. He decided to run two of the five as specials. I will be facing and emailing him a tier 2 public notice for an MCL violation. The special submitted on 9-8-09 negative for total coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routines need to be collected in October.
