Details: SUMMARY: Arsenic alert DETAILS: Spoke with Bill on the phone and the system is to re issue the public notice and continue quarterly monitoring. It now appears the annual average will exceed the MCl. The system is trying to determine the best method to treat the arsenic. System knows a plan review is required and needs to be submitted to state if a treatment plant is to be added. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up in 30 days with system to get update on plans.
