| Details: | SUMMARY: Ecoli positive after repeat positives DETAILS: I have repeatedly tried to contact system. Gary Burnett has provided me with the public notice template and I have forwarded it to system. Recently, I was informed by a secretary that Brian Bergo is no longer with the company and Shannon Chavez is assistant and taking the small ground water system training course as the new contact person. I still have not spoken to any one in charge of posting the notice, nor have I found out the reason for the positive. The firm only supplies bottled water to the employees and has the previous notice not to drink the water located in the break rooms and restrooms. ACTION NEEDED: Treatment of the well is recommended. An Ecoli public notice not to drink the water must be posted and remain until all samples are negative. | ||
