Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Brian Bergo stated there was on positive and he had not taken the sample and suspected poor sampling technique. The firm has not had any changes in distribution plumbing. ACTION NEEDED: Take four repeat samples ASAP if negative, take five routines in October. If any repeats are positive, a public notice must be posted and a copy received by the state. Treatment of well may be necessary.
