Details:	SUMMARY: Nitrate exceedance DETAILS: Brian explained when Kuo lab came to collect IOC samples it was not taken at the designated tap for nitrates and therefore the level exceeded the MCL. The firm does have a treated sample tap for nitrates, has employee public notices posted at all locations where a person may want to drink from and supplies bottled water for all employees. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to monitor nitrates. A new sample from the treated nitrate tap should be taken.
